A very important acknowledgement, which confirms Arcese’s customer focus and continuous improvement of its services
The 18th Annual Business Meeting (ABM), which gathers and rewards Toyota Motor Europe suppliers who stood out for their excellent service, took place in March.
Arcese Group received the “Certificate of Recognition” award for the way it has optimised transport-related costs. The introduction of the intermodal service inside logistics flows has allowed the Group to achieve excellent results in terms of efficiency and economic sustainability.
The ceremony took place in Brussels and the award was collected by Matteo Arcese, President of the Group, and Marzio Sandoli, Automotive Sales Director of Arcese.
“This acknowledgment rewards twelve years of collaboration with the client”, commented Matteo Arcese, who added: “We do our very best every day to carry out our activities and ensure always top-quality services. This award makes us extremely proud and encourages us to work even harder to achieve our own and our clients’ goals.”
The collaboration with Toyota Motor Europe started in 2006, when the Japanese company decided to entrust Arcese for links between spare parts warehouses in UK and Belgium. The partnership has then been strengthened over the years with the management of inbound flow to plants. The recent award achieved is precisely related to the intermodal service that connects Italy to the French Toyota warehouse. A significant choice, if we think that Toyota chooses accurately its partners and establishes solid and long-lasting relationships. During these years, the partnership between the two companies has consolidated progressively, sharing a common ground, which is to find the best and innovative solutions to ensure the utmost performance
