The expansion of the warehouse in Madrid responds to the goal of satisfying the needs of our customers in the best possible way. The new structure of 12,000 m2 is adjacent to the one already existing at the Alcalá La Garena logistics park
Strategically located in the Henares Corridor, the park is Madrid's most important logistics hub and a strategic transit point for the distribution of goods between Europe and Africa.
The site enjoys a privileged location with direct access to the A-2 motorway; it is situated in the heart of the Henares Corridor - close to the airport - and has excellent road links to the rest of Spain.
The new warehouse was built with the highest quality standards and includes a state-of-the-art LED system, both inside and out, to significantly reduce electricity consumption. The green areas have also been sustainably designed and renovated, in order to reduce the need for water.

Arcese España has been in business since 1991. Operating in Spain for more than 30 years, it currently has branches in Barcelona, Madrid, Irún and Valladolid, with 200 employees and 50,000 m2 of warehouses. As for the results in Spain, Arcese ended 2021 with a turnover of approximately €40 million.
