Quality, Environment and Safety: Arcese services pass Certiquality Audit in Italy

Renewed Quality, Environment and Safety certifications confirming the Group's commitment to continuous improvement

Arcese's journey towards operational excellence continues with the renewal of its Quality, Environment and Safety certifications in Italy(ISO 9001:2015, UNI EN ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018). The audits, carried out by certification body, Certiquality Italia, took place off site - and therefore remotely - through interviews and real-time sharing of data and documents, as well as video footage of the audited sites.
In addition, the renewal of the UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 Standard for the Verona and Prato branches was also achieved.

The result of the audit was more than positive and, at the end of the audit, the auditors revealed some of the company's strengths, such as the organisation's ability to adapt to the current situation and the company's willingness to operate with a view to continuous improvement.

“For years now, we have been on a path that has led us to fully comply with the requirements of the Quality, Environment and Safety certifications. We are proud of our achievements to date, thanks to the commitment of all employees and partners who support our business on a daily basis. This is not only an achievement for us, but also a further incentive to continue in this direction, to monitor internal processes with ever greater precision and to constantly improve performance, in order to offer our customers ever higher quality services,” commented Paola Arcese, Chief Quality Officer of the Group.
