Since October 19, 2024, Eleuterio Arcese, founder and Chairman Emeritus of the Arcese Group, has been an honorary citizen of the municipality of Arce, his homeland, to which he is still strongly attached.
During the ceremony organized by the municipal administration led by Mayor Luigi Germani, Eleuterio Arcese, who had already been included among the “Figli Illustri” of the Municipality of Arce in 2020, in fact received a parchment with a reproduction of his birth certificate and a certificate conferring honorary citizenship.
In the words of Eleuterio Arcese: “Arcese by surname, Arce by birth, I always feel arcese. I feel like I'm always at home.”
The ceremony was a moment of connection between Eleuterio Arcese and his birthplace, highlighting the deep emotional and identity bond that still links him to the municipality of Arce.
