Arcese announces the start of the strategic partnership with Omoda&Jaecoo at the Basiano Logistics Centre, located near Milan. This centre, owned by Arcese and operational since 2018, covers an area of over 50,000 sqm and offers a wide range of services, including sea and air freight, warehouse logistics and LTL distribution.
Thanks to this partnership, Omoda&Jaecoo will be able to benefit from Arcese's efficiency and logistics capacity, in line with its ‘In Europe for Europe’ strategy to provide a fast and effective after-sales service to its customers. The collaboration includes the use of over 2,000 square metres of the compound dedicated exclusively to Omoda&Jaecoo for the storage of over 20,000 references. Deliveries can thus be guaranteed within 24 hours throughout Italy (48 hours for islands), ensuring premium service for all Italian customers.

All spare parts have been shipped from China along with the first cars, which are arriving in Italy these days, to allow an immediate response to any customer enquiries and to guarantee a premium service that lives up to the Omoda&Jaecoo brand name.
