The Arcese Group announces the birth of Ventana Serra España S.A.U., a company specializing in air and ocean transportation services based in Barcelona. This inauguration represents a significant step in the Group's path of growth and expansion, strengthening its presence in Spain, where it has operated since 1992 with Arcese España, a company dedicated to Road Freight and Contract Logistics solutions. With the introduction of the Air&Ocean business unit, Spain thus becomes the first European country, along with Italy, to offer the Group's full range of services.
Since the beginning of July, the new Spanish Air&Ocean division has been providing transportation services from the ports of Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia, and from Barajas and El Prat airports. It will begin operating directly in countries where the Arcese Group already has Air&Ocean subsidiaries-Brazil, China, Italy, Mexico, the United States and Switzerland-and the rest of the world will be covered by correspondents. The goal is to respond effectively to the needs of global trade through innovative and tailored solutions.
