Ventana Serra's constant commitment to achieving the highest standards for its services was recently confirmed by the renewal of the ISO 9001:2015 certificate in Italy for the Basiano and Rivalta sites.
During the 3-day audit, the Certiquality Italia Certification Body conducted audits on all company processes, confirming the extension of the certificate to the process of verification of the verified gross mass (VGM) of maritime containers according to the SOLAS international regulations, which has become a fundamental requirement to guarantee high safety standards at sea.
Ventana Serra's quality management system in Italy has been certified for more than 10 years according to UNI EN ISO 9001 standards; certification is indeed an indispensable tool to guarantee process and service excellence.
