Arcese UK, has just achieved the ISO 14001 certificate renewal for year 2020
This audit was conducted by the British Assessment Bureau, a leading Certification Body last January, and demonstrates Arcese Group commitment to sustainability and their environmental impact through the most efficient use of resources.
The ISO 14001 is a global standard set by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) for environmental management systems, to help organizations reduce their environmental footprint. This renewals highlights how Arcese has implemented best practices throughout the business to minimize any negative affect its operations may have on the environment.
Arcese focus is on: daily operations, the training and initiatives aimed to employees to fulfill environmental goals, an evaluation of vendors’ environmental consciousness and general waste disposal. In order to comply with the rules demanded by ISO 14001, Arcese UK developed an environmental management system: a series of work instructions and procedures that guides the company’s activities ensuring that they are focused on upholding environmental responsibilities and minimizing any waste. During 2020 company focus will be to manage ISO14001 to the highest standard within their business through proactive communication and to achieve FORS Bronze by the end of 2020 and preparation for ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification during 2021.
