The Group's businesses continue despite the current health crisis: not only in terms of operations, but also in new major objectives
The Arcese Group company in Spain has recently obtained the renewal of its Quality, Environment and Safety certifications (ISO 9001:2015, UNI EN ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018) from the Spanish certification body, Aenor.
In addition to the renewal, the former OHSAS 18001 standard has been upgraded to the new ISO 45001 standard. A certificate that accredits good practices in the field of safety in the workplace, as well as prevention, elements that, during such difficult and uncertain times as the present, are vital for every company. The renewal of the ISO 45001 certification also enables Arcese España to better meet the challenges posed by the health crisis and to effortlessly implement all the necessary measures to limit the spread of the virus within working environments.
The result of the audit was more than positive and, at the end of the audit, the auditors revealed some of the company's strengths, such as the organisation's ability to adapt to the current situation and the company's willingness to operate with a view to continuous improvement.
"We are very satisfied with the positive result obtained. We have always aimed to implement the highest quality in every process, operational and otherwise," says Giulio Ricci Corporate Manager of Arcese España, who concludes: "Our goal is to achieve customer satisfaction and best meet their expectations in terms of level of service, safety and sustainability”.
