Arcese expands in France

Arcese France is expanding its logistics and warehousing activities and opening a new warehouse spanning more than 2,000 square metres occupying 2 buildings at the SEGRO Park Collégien, in order to meet the growing demand for logistics services in France.

The new facility, operational from August, was built using the most innovative construction methods to minimise environmental impact, and there are electric charging stations for electric vehicles within the grounds in which it is located. The warehouse will join the two existing facilities in Lognes and will be dedicated to customers in the fashion sector and specifically to the storage of visual merchandising, semi-finished products and even furniture, thus expanding the range of services offered.

"The location of the new warehouse is an essential element in meeting the expectations of our customers: a choice that fits in with our strategy of expansion and growth in France. The advantage of the SEGRO Park Collégien is twofold: it benefits from a prime location, in the heart of Marne-la-Vallée, a strategic point for our activities, and it meets the highest environmental standards, thus confirming our commitment and care for the environment,' commented Alessandro Vai - Arcese's Country Manager in France.

SEGRO is happy to welcome Arcese in the brand new SEGRO Park Collégien business park: we are sure that its outstanding location, the great architectural and technical features and the local environment will help Arcese to reach their business goals. We are happy Arcese chose this park and we are dedicated to offer them high value services and to develop and strengthen our relationship with them" said Cécile Ferey, Associate Director Asset Manager for SEGRO France.
