Milan, 30/01/2025 - The Arcese Group announces that Guido Pietro Bertolone will step down as Global CEO, with effect from 2 February 2025.
Following 17 successful years of collaboration and growth, the engineer Guido Pietro Bertolone has chosen to bring his time with the Group to a close. Therefore, he has decided to take on new professional challenges and to resign as CEO. Mr. Bertolone has guided the Group through major strategic reorganisation over the course of two generations.
“The past 17 years have been rich in challenges, achievements and successes. I believe my time has come to pass the baton,” said Guido Pietro Bertolone. “I am proud of the results we have achieved and confident that the Group will successfully continue on its journey. I would like to express my sincere thanks to the Arcese family and, in particular to Eleuterio for the trust he has placed in me and to Matteo with whom I have shared this journey.
To ensure full operational and strategic continuity, the current Executive President, Matteo Arcese, will take on the role.
