Arcese awarded the “Logistic Service Quality Award”

Arcese Group has been awarded for the excellence of its logistics services: Ford renews its “Logistic Service Quality Award” up until 2017.

The certification was granted on 1 October at the Castel San Pietro Terme site (BO), the logistic centre where Arcese has been managing since 2000 – as 3PL for the Italian market – the storage and distribution of Ford spare parts throughout Italy. Following an audit check and a careful evaluation of activities performed, Ford awarded Arcese the “Logistic Service Quality Award”, replacing the Q1 Ford Award, which the company has received since 2003.

The certificate – an essential requirement to perform activities on the Ford worldwide network – is a brilliant and important evidence of success in providing high quality services in the automotive industry and recognize our business approach: objective-driven, a focused on compliance with quality standards  and service levels requested (KPI’s).
